A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am a Senior Mortgage Loan officer and I am well versed in the available loan programs and guidelines surrounding them. I love to educate my borrowers on the loan process and the fees associated with the loan. I have been involved in real estate for over 25 years.
Loans I specialize in: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA ($0 down loans), Jumbo Loans and Bank Statement Loans.
I graduated with a degree in Finance and Business Management from Utah Valley University. I have been involved in real estate for over 20 years as a real estate investor and Mentor.
I realize the importance of creating cash flow and owning assets in real estate.
I would say my biggest passions are my family, sports and travel. I love to play and watch sports whenever I get a chance. I have been going to BYU football and basketball games since I was 3 years old. I have had season tickets for over 35 years. I love to follow the Utah Jazz and the LA Chargers.
