A LITTLE ABOUT ME
How are you? My name is Jonathan Olsen but honestly, most people call me Chuck. I am a “Former” US Air Force MSgt/E-7 who retired after 20 years of Active-Duty service in Feb of 2021. In 2018, 3 years prior to the end of my Air Force career and in preparation of retirement from Military Service I started working in my off-duty time as a Real Estate Agent with Windermere Real Estate and now with EXP Realty where I have been privileged to help many Clients, Friends and Family members realize the goal of wealth creation through personal Home Ownership.
Following my retirement, I moved back home to Utah where my family and I now live in Herriman and we love being back home where we are so close to our Family, Friends and the activities we love to do.
When we moved back home to Utah, I transitioned to the Mortgage aspect of Real Estate and work as a Mortgage Loan Officer with Luneta Home Loans in South Jordan, UT. Although I still maintain my Real Estate license for referral purposes and family, I stay in my lane as a Loan Officer so I can focus on providing the best possible experience for those clients that I have the privilege to serve.
The “Homes for Heroes” program speaks to me personally because I have always had a servant’s heart. I love to educate my clients and friends better understand the process towards Home Ownership, from “A-Z” or “Cradle to the Grave”. Sometimes that process leads my clients to an immediate purchase, which is super exciting and sometimes it’s putting them on a “Get Well Plan” so they can eventually be ready to purchase when the time is right. Honestly, it might even be more exciting when that process ultimately unfolds for them but taking great care of my clients is my highest priority.
Someone once joked around with me and said “Chuck, You would Bleed for your Clients” and although that theoretical concept is true, hopefully I don’t have to literally bleed. My clients ARE my Family, and I will do whatever it takes to ensure you are cared for, communicated with and looked after as you venture into possibly the biggest financial investment in your life.
My wife Cathy is an ER nurse at Lone Peak Hospital in Draper and as a family we are heavily involved in the Military/Veteran, Law Enforcement, Firefighter, Medical and 1st Responder and Academic communities. We know personally a lot of the barriers and struggles that we as Heroes and public servants have all faced as members of these professional groups and want nothing more than to make some new friends and be an asset to you and your family as we embark down the road towards Home Ownership.
My entire business model is predicated off of “Referral Business” so I promise that I will take great care of you so that I can continue to earn your potential future business as well as the honor of a personal referral to someone you know who might be interested in purchasing a new Home or property.
