A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I am fortunate to have been involved with real estate since the day I was born. In my childhood, my family farmed raw ground, held the land while it increased in value, and eventually developed it into its highest and best use. Although I enjoyed getting up early to work with my hands-on machinery and livestock, I instead chose to pursue a university education and graduated from both Snow College and Utah State University. While finishing my business degree at Utah State, I read the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” and became more excited about real estate and investing. Through this, I realized the importance of clash flow, owning assets, and tax planning which later led me and my wife to purchase investment properties. I really enjoy helping others through real estate financing as a mortgage loan officer at Luneta Home Loans.
